Fresh Facts: Owner, Charlotte Pikorz, helped and supported by her husband,
Walter and family, relates that the original facility opened in Peotone in
1986. Currently, her son, Steve Pikorz, owns two such eateries in Midlothian

as well as the new one in Calumet City where grandson, Michael Pikorz, is manager and operator.
“Marinade recipes were formulated with over 20 years of experimentation”
adds Grandma Pikorz.
The family also does catering on site with outdoor mobile grills for
complete dinners, meat entrees, pig roasts, fests and receptions.
Revenues/Profit: Too early to determine.
Motto: “Good Food Fast!”
A little more about this knucklehead. Looks like he was up for Village Trustee..
At today’s hearing, it was determined that due to the Midlothian Police Department being unable to serve Pikorz and there was no receipt from the United States Postal Service saying the papers were received, there would be another hearing on January 17, 2017 at 5:00 p.m.
